We are not liable for any consequences or damages resulting from users providing false age information. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information they provide. Any issues arising from false information are solely the user’s responsibility.

Service Description

What is WellnessOne

WellnessOne is a mental wellness coach. It provides both short term mental support via its LetsTalk feature, or long-lasting positive change via Growth Coach feature. It does not provide any medical or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, and/or treatment. Instead, through its Growth workshop, it delivers mental wellness exercises that use techniques and methods of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, in the following way:  

Growth Coach helps you reshape your mindset to enhance relationships and boost your career. By identifying and reframing your thought and behaviour patterns, and engaging in practical exercises, you'll achieve lasting personal and professional growth. It’s a commitment to yourself— challenging but rewarding.  

Let's Talk offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for you to freely express yourself. Whether you need to let things off your chest or simply blow off some steam, this feature provides a supportive ear without any pressure. It's a moment of relief, simple yet deeply freeing.  

Mindfulness offers guided practices and meditations to help you stay present, reduce stress, and enhance emotional well-being through focused relaxation techniques.

You agree to use WellnessOne for its intended purpose and not for any unlawful or harmful activities. The more you use WellnessOne for its intended purpose, the better results you will achieve. Remember, WellnessOne is designed with your best interest in mind, hence it is in your benefit to use it appropriately.

WellnessOne is designed to offer general information and support, but is not qualified to provide professional clinical, medical, financial, or legal advice. For any specific concerns in these areas, you should consult a licensed professional.  

Amongst other severe clinical and medical conditions, DO NOT use WellnessOne if you have:  Severe Mental Health Disorders: Individuals with severe conditions such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or severe depression may require more intensive, personalised care from a licensed mental health professional.  

Acute Mental Health Crises: Those experiencing acute crises, such as suicidal ideation or severe anxiety attacks, should seek immediate help from emergency services or mental health professionals.  

Complex Medical Histories: People with complex medical histories or multiple co-occurring conditions might need a more nuanced approach.  

Lack of Access to Professional Care: While WellnessOne can be a supplementary tool, it should not replace professional care, especially for those who have limited access to healthcare services.

Warranties and Liabilities

We rely on the information provided by you to verify your age, gender, occupation, relationship status, education level, and living situation. By using our services, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. We are not liable for any consequences arising from false or misleading information provided by you. If we discover that false information has been provided, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services immediately.

This includes, but is not limited to, changes in content, features, design, and functionality. Users acknowledge and agree that the Mindbay Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of the website, application, or any part thereof.

To keep you engaged and supported on your journey of mental wellbeing, we provide the following notifications that can be adjusted in the settings/preferences in your account:  

Daily Check-ins: Reminders to check in with WellnessOne to monitor your mood and mental health status.  

Activity Reminders: Notifications to engage in recommended activities such as mindfulness exercises, journaling, or physical activity.  

Appointment Reminders: Alerts for upcoming sessions or appointments with mental health professionals.  

Progress Updates: Notifications that provide progress updates and achievements over time.  

Resource Recommendations: Suggestions for articles, videos, or other resources based on your current mental health needs.  

Crisis Alerts: Immediate notifications if signs of a mental health crisis are detected, encouraging you to seek professional help.  

Motivational Messages: Positive affirmations and motivational quotes to encourage and uplift you.  

Feedback Requests: Periodic prompts asking for feedback on your experience with WellnessOne to improve service quality for your best interest and needs.
